XL 100 GPM Model Grease interceptor
Comparably compact, durable, and highly effective Endura® XL75 and XL100 models are both based on Hydromechanical operation offering viable alternatives to traditional large-capacity Gravity Grease Interceptors (GGI). XL units can be installed inside or outside, above or below grade. These units come standard with internal flow control or optional external flow control and no hub or threaded connections.

Product Details
The Endura XL100 is offered in different specifications to provide application-specific solutions where added grease capacity is required. Using common components to the smaller XL75 models, the XL100 has a larger liquid capacity; being designed and approved for applications up to 100GPM flow rate. Installation in heavy traffic areas is possible with the standardly supplied CSA Class ‘S’ rated (up to 20,000lbs.) access covers. Light traffic/pedestrian applications have the alternate option of CSA Class ‘M’ rated (up to 4,000lbs) covers.
Patented Dynamic Inlet Baffle uniquely provides access to integrated flow control in service. When opened offers unrestricted access to the Upstream piping system.

Specification:
MATERIAL
- The body, covers and internal components shall be made of corrosion resistant thermoplastics that can withstand operational temperatures up to 160 degree F. The interceptor body shall be constructed of high density polyethylene.
CONNECTIONS
- Shall be hub mechanical joint PP end connectors or female NPT
threaded PP end connectors.
DESIGN FEATURES
- Access covers shall be Special duty traffic rated Type ‘S’ to support 10,000lbs or Medium duty (light vehicular traffic) rated Type ‘M’ to support 2,000lbs, per CSA B481.0 or Cast iron ASTM A48 30B lids meeting H20 loading standards.
- Internal features shall be removable or allow access for easy cleaning.
- Risers shall allow for below grade installations of 75 – 150 GPM interceptors to be extended to grade up, up to a maximum of 72″.
- A flow control device with integrated air intake shall be provided with the interceptor for external flow control type installations.
EFFICIENCY RATING
- All interceptors shall be rated to an average efficiency per ASME A112.14.3.
- The maximum grease capacity of each grease interceptor shall be provided per ASME A112.14.3.
MARKINGS
- All interceptors shall be marked with the manufacturers name or trademark, model number, rated flows), “inlet” and *outlet*, nominal inlet size, applicable standard designations, access cover load classification, efficiency at the minimum grease capacity per ASME A112.14.3, and flow control model number
for external flow control type installations.
STANDARDS AND LISTING
- All interceptors shall be certified to ASME A112.14.3 and have UPC listing.
- 75 gpm and 100 gpm models are additionally certified to PDI G101.
- Models with S-rated and M-rated cover load ratings are additionally listed to CSA B481.1
