Sales Department

Customer Service
IPEX customer service professionals are experts in our products and processes – and are driven by a passion to find the ideal solution for every customer. With clients at the heart of their role, customer service team members also forge close relationships with the entire IPEX team – liaising with colleagues in outside sales, production and scheduling, logistics and deployment, as well as in our distribution centres across Canada and the U.S. – to help customers achieve their goals.
