This letter confirms that all Weld-On® solvent cements and primers sold into the US market are produced by Weld-On® Adhesives, Inc., a division of IPS Corporation, at its manufacturing facility located at 17109 S. Main Street, Gardena, CA 90248 and meet the requirements for Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content limits, established by the State of California South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 1168.
